If products are installed wrong or guidelines are not followed it can allow moister to penetrate the house and potentially cause extensive damage. The job can look good from the ground, but weak points go unnoticed to the untrained eye. Once the problem becomes noticeable it may be too late causing extensive damage to the interior of the house.

That’s why at Valor we do everything right the first time. We will not use weak products that will not live up to the high standards that we are known for. We will always make sure your house gets the very best with full underlay, proper venting that often exceeds the Alberta building code. All our Malarkey roofs also include the manufactures 210 kph (130 mph) wind warranty, which is exceptional value for all our customers. At the end of the project we all want to rest assured that the finished product will not only look great, but also exceed any expectations you as the owner have.

Once you call us for a free estimate we will be honest and let you know whether we are the ones to take on your project. We do not take on just any project, we assess whether it is feasible for us to exceed your expectations and do an exceptional job.
